½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, low carb)

1 cup sliced mushrooms
½ small onion, sliced (use moderately for keto)
1 tbsp butter
2 slices Swiss cheese (or 1 cup shredded Swiss)

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Cook until fully browned (7–8 minutes).
Drain excess grease if desired.
Divide into two bowl portions.
2️⃣ Sauté Mushrooms & Onions
In same pan, add butter.
Add mushrooms and onions.
Cook 5–7 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized.
3️⃣ Melt the Cheese
Place Swiss cheese over beef.
Spoon hot mushrooms/onions on top.
Cover pan for 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
