Beef steak, cut into bite-size chunks
Baby potatoes, quartered
Onion, chopped
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Bacon bits
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper

Instructions
Place the raw steak and potatoes into the crockpot. Add the chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then drizzle with olive oil. Gently mix to coat everything evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and the potatoes are soft. Near the end of cooking, add the cheddar cheese and bacon bits on top. Cover again and let the cheese melt.
Gently stir and serve hot directly from the crockpot.
