2 salmon fillets (cut into cubes)
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
½ cup chicken broth (optional)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Season salmon cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
2️⃣ Sear the Salmon
Heat butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon cubes and cook until golden on all sides, about 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
